Oral presentations are 15 mins plus 3-4 minutes for questions. Presenters should bring their slides on a flash drive or have the necessary adapter for connection to the data projector.  Ensure video and audio files are linked to your presentation; having the media as separate files outside of MS Powerpoint or Presentation would also be prudent!  Slides can be loaded and trialed during the break immediately before the session in which you are presenting.
